Continuing our video series from Dr. Todd Miller, in this next video Dr. Todd explains how weight training and cardio should be combined in order to maximize weekly caloric burn.

 

In Video 5, Dr. Todd shows how your body will look if you only do cardio, versus how it will look if you make weight training your main method of exercise.
